West Virginia Beer

What are the laws concerning the selling of beer?
What are the laws concerning a regular person (over 21) selling beer on the street? On the street during a football game? All of this is in West Virginia.
Just don't sell beer to under age.

Ice Cold in Alex!
If your idea of exercise runs more along the lines of mowing the grass before putting your feet up with a cold drink, then spare a thought for Parripak Food’s finance director, action man Andy Kemp. He and his three team mates formed ‘Team Backup’ to take part in the gruelling Race Across America (RAAM) which is known as the ‘worlds toughest bicycle race.’ They completed the 3,000-mile journey across the American continent in a staggering 6 days, 22 hours and 48 minutes and raised a total of over £10,000 for charity.
The inspiration for taking part in the race was fellow teammate and cancer sufferer, Andy Griffin, who wanted to raise funds for Cancerbackup, the largest provider of cancer information and support in Europe. Andy Kemp explained why he took part. “We wanted to help Andy realise his dream and to fulfil his four goals; to be a RAAM finisher, to provide inspiration to other sufferers by showing them they can lead a full life post-treatment if they put their mind to it, to raise funds and increase awareness of Cancerbackup and finally, to just have fun by living the dream!”
Not knowing how they would cope physically, they settled into a routine of each rider cycling on shifts of six hours riding, six hours sleeping and then six hours riding again. The temperature changes proved to be one of the most difficult challenges to cope with, ranging from freezing to 380 C in the dry desert with 22% humidity to cycling through West Virginia with a constant 90% humidity. Andy said: “For me the most gruelling part was trying to keep food down during the ride through the desert and cycling through the Rockies, which was 9,820 ft up. The air was so thin we had to swap riders every 5 minutes.”
Of course not everything went to plan and some of the more bizarre incidents included one of the riders coming across a big grizzly bear wandering across the road with the support crew trying to scare it off with horns. Another time one of the lads popped a spoke in his wheel and ended up borrowing a spare from the lady at a timing station.
Andy said: “Our greatest relief came on the last day when we could finally have a beer after seven days – it was a real ‘Ice Cold in Alex’ moment!”
Andy doesn’t think he will be entering again next year because he is now training for the ‘Double Ironman challenge’ in which he will swim for 4.8 miles, cycle for 224 miles and then run for 52 miles – which in the life of super-fit Andy must be like taking a walk in the park!
