Is there a time limit for a repair on a samsung t.v 9 months old still under warranty?
I purchased a samsung DLP 46" t.v. 9 months ago. It is no longer working. It is still under warranty. After contacting samsung service I have been told I have to wait a month or more for product to be repaired. I am still making payments on this t.v and am not suppose to be able to use it for god only knows how long. Is there some way to sue samsung for breach of warranty. Are there any time limits. Should I contact state attorney?
Contact samsung directly by phone at 1-800-samsung and by email on their website www.samsung .com and tell them that a month is not satisfactory and you will not accept it and insist you want it fixed within a week or you want a new tv.Here at the shop i work at in canada turn around time on these sets is 4 days maximum or the customer can deman and usually gets a replacement,The squeaky wheel really does get the grease so good luck and keep squeaking
