Where can I buy vintage/non-commercial ales/beers (UK)?
I want to get chrismas present for my mum's boyfriend, he's pretty into his ales and likes to try new ones.
I want to find something that isn't widely available (not necessarily vintage) , something that he hasn't heard of, or tried before- preferably a something that comes in a nice box too!
I've looked at a few websites, but I've been unable to find anything unusual. If anyone knows of any small time, premium breweries in the UK, that sell online I'd love to know of them. Otherwise just anywhere that sells unusual ales.
There is so much good beer and boxed gift packs on the site below that you will be spolit for choice!!
I'd recommend some of the Trappist ales but there are loads of ideas here
