I've had it! I am sick of it, sick of it! any one with me? 70's house!!?
I have seen the shows on tV, the ones called '1900 house', and '1800 House', On July 12t 06, I am going to be '1970's house'; no micrvo wave, no computer, no digital clock, no cell phone, no cordless, no vcr/dvd, no enetral air, one window air conditionare, no email, no texting crap, no voicemail, no answering machine, no call fowarding, no caller id; no comuterized drip coffee maker; I will have the same type of toaster over my mother had, the same big clock faced loud ringer alarm clock she had, the same perc coffee pot that my grandmother used, on the stove top; the same eclectric skillet my father used, the same loud rotary dial phone they had, the same tv with rabbit ears, and the same book we used to read to keep my warped stupid brain from deteriatoring even more than it has due to all this brain freeze brain frying techno shitease crap we call progress; it on Wally and Beaver, if I see it on That 70's show, I am doing it for 90 days, ah.... call me nuts,ah where r the ludes?
The retro culture won't be there, and it'll be empty and lonely, plus, the TV will be a mix of tubes and transistors that you can fry eggs on!
Oh! The coffee will taste as good, but, nobody there to enjoy it with you...
The car will be simple, and carbureuted, and a gas hog with bold muscle. Gas, most places costs between 17 cents (San Antonio, TX) and $1.00 (Hawaii). Was in both places in 1970, plus all the states from Florida, up to Arkansas and over to California. Air Force. We STILL were fighting the Viet Nam war!
There will be SPAM, of course, so that's one relief... sliced thin, fried, on toasted wheat, with heavy mayo, lettuce, tomatoes... and milk! Yum, yum!

Wave Solder Process Control
Wave solder process is the most important factor in determining the quality of the printed circuit boards manufactured. It decides the quality and the performance of the printed circuit boards manufactured. It is a quite necessary process for the manufacturers in this business. All the printed circuit board manufacturers keep a sharp watch on every single process taking place in the printed circuit board manufacturing through the wave soldering process. The monitoring or we can say that the optimization process for printed circuit board manufacturing plays a key role. The controlling of the wave soldering process is also a very important factor in the printed circuit board manufacturing.
The controlling of the wave solder process is done by the wave solder optimizer. Optimizer is the most accurate, easy-to-use and well-liked wave solder process device in the world. It is the only device which straightly optimizes the vital constraints of the wave solder process: the straight interfacing of the board with the wave. The optimizer goes through the wave soldering machine same as the boards do. The board-wave sensors at the base of the device observe the solder wave just like the lead on the assembly. The on-board temperature sensor card permits the daily thermal profiling process. A particular Flux Distribution Window gives you the information on the distribution of the flux. It provides the information on the flux distribution, like whether the flux has been applied evenly or not and like whether the flux has been applied at the right place or not.
Optimizer provides the completed data for the wave soldering process, the data provided by the wave solder optimizer comprises of the board wave interaction, Board to Wave Parallelism, Dwell Time in the Wave, Immersion Depth in the Wave, Contact Length in the Wave, Conveyor Speed Measured Independently, fluxer performance, Thoroughness of Flux Distribution, Evenness of Flux Distribution, Weight of Flux Applied, temperature data (Top-Side & Bottom-Side), Preheat Temperature, Maximum Temperature, Maximum Preheat Slope, Delta T (max temp - preheat temp), Maximum Slope Over Wave. These all data provided by the wave solder optimizer helps in making the process of the wave soldering even more efficient and improved.
Methods which were used earlier cannot give dependable measurements, accurate repeatability or genuine optimization for the parameters involved in the wave solder processes. The same is applicable for the devices that try to calculate just one surface of the board's interface with the wave, like a glass plate or even a temperature profiler. The consequence, in-spite of the real imperfection rate, overstates the production costs, damages the assembly quality and is also a factor of frustration for the staff.
The optimizer’s accurate data facilitates you to spot the correct optimal constraints for a PCB assembly.
