My cousin got a Pontiac Grand Prix GTP 2005, and she wants to know what her uses if a timing belt or a timing chain. I've heard that timing chains are much better and stronger than timing belts, so she would like to know what her car uses and how often she needs to replace that part timing belt nor timing chain. Its a chain. I don't know about replacing it at least not for over 100000 miles. My car has a belt and they say change it every 60000 miles.
