Im going to buy a new pouch for my PDA but cant decide what 2 buy from these two?help me?

Between the two, here is what I noticed.
The first one seems to be of poor quality leather, almost a synthetic canvas leather. It just states its leather but from the pictures it seems to be thin and weak and mentions no cusioning inside of the phone for the PDA handheld. While it is cheaper, it still seems to be of poor quality for any PDA and just doesn't scream safe and stylish to me. But then again thats my opinion.
The second one appears to be the same but if you look closely at the pictures, the leather appears to be thicker and less corruggated indicating cheap leather processing. The swivel unlike the first case turns a whole 360 degrees and isn't in a fixed position like the first one. Even though its minor, it is my favorite thing about it, the case has a little spot in the bottom so you can actually push the phone out instead of trying to grip the sides and risk dropping the phone. My other cases never had that and as simple as it is, it would have been a great convienence. It clearly states it has a soft interior cusion, always a plus since it will be housing an expensive device. Only down fall is its a few dollars more expensive but it looks like it is well worth it.

is one for $331 but I don't think that price is realistic.
But then what do I know, I'm just The Really Old Guy.
