sweet sixteen party help???
Okay, so my birthday is in May, yes thats far away, but my mother is having this thing about planning with planning early, I guess so she can start saving up?
Now shes asking me what I would like to do, and honestly, I have no clue! I dont want anything too extreme nor too pitiful.
Things to help you help me...I guess just stuff I like and whatnot, to see if you have any good ideas by reading the stuff I like?
-Neon colors and dark colors(no pastels etc.).
-Music(techno, rock, metal, scremo).
-Tattoos.
-Peircings.
-Hairdye.
-Skulls.
-Hello kitty.
-Peace signs and music notes.
-Scary movies.
-Disturbing things(as in murders, blood splatter, etc.).

Well, you have a wide range of interests, so you could really go a lot of different directions with this.
THEMES:
Rocker. Decorate the place with black, white, red and silver. Get streamers, balloons, confettie. See if you can find some skull and bones confettii, paper napkinds, plates...that sort of thing.
Tattoo Shop. Decorate the place like you would see in a tattoo parlor. Put up art pictures that resemble tattoos, crazy stuff, over the top items.
Horror. Get red and black decorations. Throw up some sheets on the walls, and splatter with red paint...make it look like a horror house! See if you can get your hands on some mannequins...and go nuts!
Hello Kitty with a twist. Get some HK plates and party supplies, but decorate with all black decorations.
Basically...take whichever interests you have, and work the theme and decorations around that interest.
GAMES AND IDEAS:
You could hire an airbrush tattooer, and set up your own "tattoo shop". Have him "tattoo" all your friends and yourself.
Get a bunch of fake piercings, and everyone can pick and choose which one they want done.
Have a punk rock makeover party. Do makeovers on each other. Get some colored hairspray and do crazy haircolors. Punky make-up. The works!
Hmmmm...what else? Get a group of your closest friends and head out to some local shows. Or, if you have a favorite band playing in the area, go to a concert! Top off the night by heading to your favorite restaurant or something like that.
I'm not sure what your mom allows. Maybe she'd let you actually get a tattoo or piercing? For my 14th, my brother surprised me with an off the wall gift. He took me to get my first tattoo. My parents were okay with it (in an easily coverable area...my leg.). Best gift ever!

Is There A Tattoo? Or A Neon Sign?
Do tattoo parlors generally have neon/hot pink ink?
I'm getting another tattoo next to my peace sign tattoo for "Peace & Love" (i'm getting the & sign too) and i really want to make the heart neon or hot pink, but I'm not sure if they carry those colors. If not I want to have time to think of a new color to make the heart (NOT RED). If they don't, then any suggestions and what color i should make the heart? (the peace sign is black)
Individual artists usually buy all there own inks. If the artist you pick doesn't have that color, they may be able to mix a few colors for the desired effect. They might even borrow an ink color from another artist in the shop. My artist can't wait to try her new neon pink color on me. I'm going to be her Guinea pig. I'm sure that wherever you go, they will have an ink color to you liking.
