can you sun tan right after using a tanning bed?
i just used a tanning bed half an hour ago, just wondering if tanning outside the same day is harmful.
It may cause you to burn since your tanning bed tan won't show up right away, so you don't really know how dark you have gotten yet. If you have been tanning at the salon for a while, like a few weeks at least, then going outside for an house or less would be fine. You shouldn't expose yourself to too much sun until you can see how the tanning bed has effected you.
