Can I sue the hotel manager for watching me and my boyfriend have sex through a small opening in the curtains?

Last Sunday my boyfriend and I decided to have a romantic evening at hotel. When I arrived I checked in alone and proceeded to my ground floor room. Upon entering the room I noticed that the window was wide open although it was pretty chilly and windy. I closed it and thought nothing more of it as I pulled the curtains closed. Later that evening as we were being intimate, I glanced at the window and noticed that although I had pulled them closed there was a small open space where they overlapped. I then noticed what at first appeared to be a shadow but was really a man wearing a dark shirt and tan pants. I told my boyfriend who immediatly jumped out of bed and pulled the curtain back to see a dark haired man with dark shirt and tan pants. When we went to the front desk to talk to the manager it was the same guy. I asked for a refund and he refused so we called the cops. The cops informed me that there is no peeping tom ordinance in our town. I got my money back but can I still sue?

Since there's no ordinance prohibiting this in your town, unfortunately, you probably can't take him to court unless you have something he can be charged with. The only thing I can think of that you might be able to charge him with is indecent exposure - IF his pants were unzipped and he was touching himself. The best thing to do would be to call a lawyer who offers free initial consultations. Then they can tell you what your options are, if any.

Was this hotel privately owned by the man in question? If not, I would definitely contact a higher-up, inform them of the incident, and demand they take action against him so that he doesn't invade anyone else's privacy.

Has anyone ever seen a beige SKUNK?

This morning when I got up, I smelled a strong smell of a skunk. I thought it was under my house but I couldn't see anything. Then, about ten o'clock this morning, I opened my windows to get the smell out of the house and across the street I saw what looks like a skunk, but it wasn't black and white! It was a light tan. Don't tell me it wasn't a skunk, the smell was horribly strong.

I live out in the country, amongst farms and hay fields. The animal trodded into a high grass field before I could get my rifle to shoot it. It's gone now.

What is your opinion? Could it be a albino skunk?
What really puzzled me is that the hair was short, not like a regular skunk. Could it have been a baby? It was kind of small, sort of about the size of a medium size cat.
Well. everyone was right. I just saw it walking down the road It does have long hair and it is beige with black feet. This morning its hair must have been wet.

yes they are considered albino

i stand corrected they are champagne colored
