Gallery Glass is one of the name brands, you draw/color your design on a piece of plastic, once dried it peels off and you stick it on your window. You can also purchase Gallery Glass kits through hsn.com or iqvc.com - sorry, can't remember which one has them. I would think a craft store like Michael's would have kits/supplies.

Master the Art of Stained Glass
How do you draw detail into stained glass windows?
I am interested in doing staiend glass, but i was curious how I might add things like facial detail etc, without it looking stupid. Anyone know how detail is tastefully added to stained glass?
There are a few great books on painting and baking the glass for the church style. Try to find Traditional Glass Painting Made Easy DVD Lesson 1 and 2. Each runs about 40 but it looks like it walks you thru the process. Check out the web for like videos.
