Why Is My Sister Sooo Skinny And I'm Sooo... Not!?!?!?!?!?
I'm 16, short like 5 foot & 2 inches maybe & weigh 138. My sister is 15, 5 feet tall and weighs 90 pounds! I watch what I eat, count every calorie and carb while my sister eats like a pig! An example was this morning. All I had for breakfast was 7 little carrots dipped in peanut butter & water. My sister, on the other hand, had 2 pieces of toast, 1 pop tart, an extra large slim jim, half a glass of milk & a vitamin water! That's how everyday is for us and yet some how I'm the chubby kid! Why?!?!
You are trying to make it sound like a diet problem.
What else does your 15 year-old thin 'eats-like-a-pig' sister do? Is she active? Does she play sports? Does she even stand still? Or is she always sitting, doing what people-who-sit do?
Are you as active as her? Or are you more active? Less?
It's not about just how many calories you are putting in, it's also about how many calories you are burning out. If you are the 'chubby kid' then there is something wrong with either one or both sides of the equations.
It's never about one thing (I wish) or two things, or even ten things. You are a 'chubby kid' because you are simply living the life of a 'chubby kid', not because your sister is a pig.
Plus, and with all honesty, what your sister ate at breakfast sounds more healthier that what you ate (not healthy, just healthier). Which is not a surprise if she is active enough to be that thin.
Recheck your 'life'. If you want to be a thin kid you have to live the life of a thin kid. Which I think shouldn't be that hard because your sister is doing it. How hard could it be?
