Why is eating Skin on chicken bad?
I've read that eating skin on chicken is bad, because it high in fat grams, well is that necessarily bad? Fat is needed in our diet ( good fats atleast not saturated or trans ), So isnt eating the skin good and not bad?
Well, if you eat steamed chicken, that would not be so bad.
