Are all women with Aquarius rising "striking"?
This woman asked ask me today what my rising sign was and I told her it was Aquarius, I asked her why and she said she could tell how my make-up was applied, she said it was striking and well applied...hmm...I took it as a compliment, I guess.
But I have seen photos of women famous and modern day that have sort of the same strong looks, Christina Aquiliara who also has the same rising sign I noticed wears her makeup strong as well, but she still stays very beautiful...
The woman also told me there are different types of rising Aquarian women as far as looks go, but she told me I should get my chart read to see what kind I am.
Can someone tell me if this theory is true or not?

Crossing the boarder?
okay so in like a couple of weeks or so im going to be going to minneapolis (by car) with my friend and her dad. and we live in canada. (in manitoba) but since im not going with any of my parents and im not 18. or 16 (..i think that matters. i have no idea) do i need like some kind of letter signed from the government so i can cross...?
like i know you need a government issued id (birth certificate) is there anything else. like i know i dont need a photo id since im not 18.

Your parents need to write a letter saying,
"I authorize __________ (friend's dad) to transport my minor child _______ (your name) across the border and into the United States on ______ (date). The purpose of the trip is _______ and my child will return on ______."
They sign and date the letter (if you were a baby it would need to be notarized but you can speak for yourself) - you will also need your birth certificate..
