Sign Payment Arrangements

what is normal payment arrangement between artist and a designer ?
I have started getting work (murals, paintings) through a design group. They told me that I would receive 1/2 as a deposit and the rest 30 days (net 30) from the day the client sign off on the work and are invoiced for the designer's work. Basically, they are grouping my art in with the bill for all the work they did for the client (furniture, paint schemes, wallpaper etc) this is causing HUGE delays in getting paid . Is this normal?
It's as normal as your contract stipulates. I do all work under contract between me and my client. I also specify 30 day net payment on the balance owed at the time the work is released to the client. The thirty day delay isn't so bad if I have six or eight projects, or more, in the pipeline. But, when times are lean, yeah, those 30 days can seem to drag on forever. Fortunately, many of my clients will cut a check the same day the work is delivered, and most others will remit within a week or two.
I don't work through an agency, so I guess I don't have the same issues that you do. If you really want some help with the business end of your design work, I suggest you look up the website for the Graphic Artist Guild (GAG). Think about joining up for access to their many resources, like sample contracts, pricing structures, legal issues and other small business help.

OREGON GOVERNOR SIGNS HB 3054 TO FUND PROJECT CLEAN SLATE
I made a forbarence payment arrangement with my Iender, can I get out of it?
I have signed a repayment agreement with my lender,My question is can I still bring my loan current and nix the payment arrangement to avoid the high interest they have attached to the repayment plan.
the plan is for 6 or 7 months , but I can probably become current through refinancing another property now, can i pay up now and return to my original monthly payment ?
Not typically can you change a signed repayment agreement. You should call them and ask however that if you bring it current (They don't need to know how you did this,) would you still have all the interest charges. Typically it's not front loaded interest, so you might catch a break by paying the outstanding balance faster, but the agreement that you signed is still valid.
Check to see if you have a prepayment penalty, and simply tell the lender you can repay early if you don't.
Good luck
