Sign Neon Its My used lg neon is having power problems, please help.?
okay so yesterday, i recieved a used lg neon from ebay. The person said it was fully functional. Just a few scratches. So i plugged it in to its charger, and it turned on but i cant fully turn it on, it just pops up at&t sign, and then flickers those words on and off, and i cant turn it on! Please help thanks.
Simply, contact the person who sold it to you, tell him what is wrong and ship it back to him and have him give your money back.
