Sign Business Hours
If you sign a contract to work as manager of a Funeral Home and the business has not started operating and the?
owner hired you full time but is only working you two or three days a week at $8.50 per hour, are you allowed to cancel that contract?
Why would they need you full time if the business has not started yet ?
All of this should have been spelled out in the contract as to how many
hours at what rate and so on and so forth - That's what a contract is for.
They are trying to develop the business you gotta allow a little time for
that as the business doesn't have any income to pay a full fledged manager
at this particular time. Stick with it - it could be more rewards later
