can i get a refund if i sign a disclaimer and the product dosent work?
I recently purchased a motorcycle and i paid £795 for it.I had to sign a disclaimer but he failed to mention to me when selling the bike that it was faulty and as i consequence the bike isnt working. Now because he didnt mention the bike wasnt working am i entitled to a refund, even though i had to sign a disclaimer, but he didnt tell me about any problems with the bike?
I assume this was a private sale.
What you got was a "sold as seen".
Your responsibility to check everything is ok before signing anything.
Not much comeback basically.
