Drinks for friends?
I don't drink alcohol, in fact I've only drank once, and it was only a couple smirnoffs. So I have no idea what I'm doing here, but I'm having some people over who want to drink and I said I'd supply. I know the girls coming over love tropical type drinks(pina colada, sex on a beach, etc.). I seen I need light rum for them(and myself), which brand should I buy? Im not rich either, so what's good for the price? Also, I figured I'd buy some vodka, what brand of that should I buy? please keep price and quality in mind. And finally, I'm interested in trying some different alcohols, any recommendations? I've always wondered what whiskey and such tasted like. But personally I know I would prefer fruity/tropical/fagboy drinks. please recommend me some gooddddd stuffffff!

Just because you don't drink much, doesn't mean someone on here will make fun of you. If they do, then they have a problem, not you.
As far as price of alcohols go, your best bet is to take a trip down to the store and compare prices. With hard liquor, the higher the price, the better the quality, usually. So, always keep that in mind.
The only time price shouldn't be an indicator of quality, is wine. Not all, but quite a few cheap ones are very good, and seem to be better than the expensive ones.
At least with the cheaper hard liquor, you can mix it with fruit juices and sodas and it comes out okay.
