Kohl's shop lifting ,when will the trespassing ban be over?
I was caught shop lifting from kohls, a month back.I took one earring out of a 3 pack, The LP officer took me to the security room, made me sign some forms,cops were not called , but my picture was taken and I told told not to come to the store again. I ve now moved to a neighboring state, my question is can I visit the kohls in another state or I cannot go to kohls ever again
You should have been told at time of arrest how long ban was for. If you enter "any" Kohl's and they become aware of the ban you can be arrested for trespassing. Its unlikely another stores security team will know who you are but its a risk. Learn more about bans at forum site below
