Scraper Holder
canon MP210 printer. Trouble with ink sludge on bottom of cartridge holder at rubber scraper.?
I noticed an accumulation of BLACK ink deposit in area of rubber scraper RHS of machine where xs ink is supposed to drain into tank. I removed the most of this with dry cotton buds (with difficulty) but some has remained. This contamination has also spread along printing track. What will remove it and how can it be done safely.
Alcohol will work and will not harm the printer. I have also used Windex to break down printer ink.

I wanna find out some safety information on using a razor blade with a scraper or a box cutter. How to cut or what are good ways of handling the blade holders.
The best kind are the ones that use a single edge safety razor. They are about 5 inches long and rounded for the palm. Always scrape away from you and never towards you or someone else. Just use common sense.
