What's the difference between a bar, a tavern, a club, and a saloon?
Bars are typically more upscale and offer a wider variety of drinks. They also have more of an atmosphere and will have music playing, room to dance, games to play, and are typically attached with a restaurant.
A tavern is more lower scale and will have a small variety of drinks (mainly beer and a few other things) and will have some lights and perhaps a few tables and a game or two.
A club is very different. The bar is just a small part of it and people go there to dance and listen to either DJ played music or a live band/artist.
Saloons are old fashioned from the western days. They are mostly about the bar and will offer not much more than beer and hard liquor.

Places to Meet With Singles in Rhode Island
Everywhere you pass you will meet with people who are in a relationship and those who are single. There is no telling who is in a relationship and who isn't just by looking at them. It is not right to assume and that is why you need to talk to the people around you to get to know what they do for a living and if they are available to get into a relationship with you. If you never ask you might never know. You can meet with singles in Rhode Island in the various beaches that can be found in this state. There is the Crescent Beach, Arcadia Pond State Beach, Blue Shutters Town Beach, Heads Beach and Warwick Pond. It has a lot of other beaches that you can go to depending with the ones that are near your area. Once at the beach, take a walk on the sand and make sure you talk to the people. There are a lot of cruises that go on in Rhode Island that you can go to. You do not have to go on a singles cruise to meet with singles in Rhode Island. You can take the sunset cruise in one of the tall ships in Rhode Island and see the sun set. You can go for a sightseeing cruise which takes about one and a half hours to two hours.
