what can i do for my birthday?

im 16 in august and my parents dont really want me to have a party so i guess i'll have to have it during the day when theyr not there. my birthdays on a monday and my parents will be back at six, so if I had my friends over in the garden and living room. what could we do?
my garden is very big and we have a big tv inside, ps3 and we have a snooker table but thats packed away. I'm planning on inviting about 9 girls and thats it.
Is it a bit naff though just to have a party during the day? :S
i'm afraid that they'll think its really boring.
what sort of things can we do and what time should i have it? like from 12-6? AARGHH i have no cluee.
it'll be hot coz its in the summer and i can only do it from day till 6 in evening coz my parents hate my friends.
so i need ideas for activities ? films? games?
in my garden we have nothing except for grass but i may have a trampoline by then. i dont mind buying small games for garden though...
HELP ME PLEASE!

Garden party! My friend had a garden party, it was great. Set up a buffet table with snacks, a radio and think up some cheesy, cool games. My mate had a little tent set up, packed with lots of cushions to sit down in. You could paint each others nails and pamper each other. Play Twister (guaranteed laughs) and DVD games and Kareoke. But if that isn't enough you and your friends could organise a night out (not particually a party) and make it look as though you were invited. You can't let your sixteenth pass without celebrating! x

Snooker (Video Game)

Snooker (Video Game)

$71.7

Snooker is a 1983 sports simulation video game from Visions Software Factory, which simulated the game of snooker on the major home computers of that epoch, including Commodore 64, Commodore VIC20, ZX Spectrum, Acorn Electron, and BBC Micro. The players take turns to hit the white cue ball against the reds or colors following the rules of Snooker. The strength of the shot and the spin could be selected using the space bar and cursor keys respectively. The limited color selections of the home computers of the time along with the memory sizes meant the user experience was limited compared to more modern implementations. A Brief History of Snooker Cues

Snooker began life as a variation on the Pocket Billiards game and common history places its conception around the middle 19th century.  Played by British Army Officers serving in the Commonwealth, it was originally considered a “Gentleman’s’ Game”. Over the early years of the 20th century, its popularity gradually grew in the United Kingdom and in 1927, the first World Snooker Championship took place. However, interest in the game stagnated until the late 1960’s when the BBC introduced the television programme “Pot Black” to the country, becoming an early ratings success. An obsolete term used for them was "billiards stick" that was commonly used around the 16th to early 19th centuries. Before the cue, a mace was used, an implement similar to a golf club. This mace used a "foot" which was used to shove the ball, rather than to strike it. With the programme sparking public interest, the game took off in the UK and Ireland with local pubs’ initially generating interest by purchasing the tables and cues for their family sports rooms, before “Snooker Clubs” began to pop up throughout the country.

As the game developed, so did the market for individuals to purchase and play with their own snooker cue, as they could become comfortable and familiar with its individual properties. Snooker Cues are now freely available to buy as a 1 piece, 2 piece, ¾ piece jointed or a 4 piece cue.  Cheaper cues can be manufactured from inexpensive, machine spliced snooker cues or there are the hand spliced, professional quality snooker cues with exotic wood veneers made from Snake wood, Mexican Rosewood or Cocobolo.
