What time is a good time to head to the ROADHOUSE bar in Calgary?
Its thursday night, ladies night
Ladies night is awesome at the Roadhouse, always wild and fun. Big lineups start just after 10 I find, so we get there right around 10 if it's cold out and we don't mind waiting. The bouncers there will let hot chicks go to the back door just go up to them and say "hey it's just me and my girlfriends, any way we won't have to wait in line" and look sexy, that usually works. We used to do it so much that by the time I moved out of Calgary (last summer) we didn't even have to say anything they just let us in haha. Watch out for the three guys who I guarantee will be in cowboy hats, they're good looking and are total pigs. I know three women (one was me) who have slapped one of them.

The Mishouris Blues Band at Moscow's Roadhouse Bar 1/3
Type of wall finish?
I was in a Texas Roadhouse restaurant the other day and was thinking I would like to finish my basement walls in the style that they do theirs. Can anyone take a look at the pic on this link and tell me what the term is for this type of wall style? I'm looking at the slightly angled boards above the bar.
Any other information would be helpful.

I was born and raised in central Texas..that is simply 1X10 or 1X12 rough cedar with a clear finish..I have done many of these jobs..I am a 37 year ex[perienced painter...This is not tounge and grrove or no special joints/lips..straight boards overlapping each other
