My father is opening up a business. We are more experienced in food retail and wholesale but not in the restaurant type of businesses. The establishment will not have tables so it will be food that is to go.There will be a menu but it will just list what is on the display case. There will be a variety of food and it will be served by the employees at the establishment. Like a buffet but the people will not serve themselves. They had already decided it was a cafeteria but we were having second thoughts on that.This will be in the same building as the grocery store as well.What would be the appropriate name for this?

To see a master chef at work, go to Shige Sushi Bar in South Perth. The décor is basic, if authentic, but the food is sublime.
