This is in continuation with my previous question, that I get VERY tired after having sex. Is there any specific food types I can take to increase my sexual health. or any exercises or acupuncture or reflexology or any other remedies please Thanking you all for your time in answering the question.
All guys get tired right after sex. Get up and walk around for a minute after you finish. The tiredness will disappear almost immediately.
