Red Yard Sale
who is more liable kelli or don?
It is Kelli’s 17th Birthday party. During the party, Kelli has a few too many drinks. Don is at the party. He has lived next door to Kelli for years, they grew up together. Don recently has a new job at a car sale yard. He gets paid on a commission basis, but things have been a bit slow recently. Kelli, feeling very happy, talks to Don, telling him how much she likes the red ‘Xo3’ he has in the car sale. Don seizes the opportunity, he pulls out a standard purchase contract (which he just happens to have on him) and signs up Kelli to buy her new car on the spot.
The next morning Don turns up with Kelli’s ‘Xo3’. Kelli is not quite so happy this morning. She did not realise that Don had been serious and would never have signed the paper if she had known that. Kelli does not want to part with the money she has saved to go to University and so refuses the car.
Firstly Kelli is underage - minors cannot enter into contracts.
Secondly the factual matrix of the agreement needs to be taken into account - Kelli was drunk - incapable of making an informed acceptance.
Finally there was no consideration provided.

Does anyone know any cheap Millsberry yard sales?
I specifically want red roses in the vase, and really classy stuff. If someone can sell that for not outrageous prices, I would be grateful. I really don't want your expensive yard sales that have t-shirts that cost a million dollars. My account is sarika20 and my yard sale helps me transfer money. Check out the rooms- I made this account with my cousin, my room is the "hall". It's really simple because we don't have lots of money. It took a lot of saving. Anyways, I require help.
ok its hard to find good yardsales but if you join millsberryforum.org you can enter contest, raffles, have fun, and make friends. and find EXTREAMLY GOOD yardsales and you can even make a topic asking people to sell you a spesific item like the flowers. They cost between 10 thousand - 20 thousand millsbucks but sometimes people are really nice and give you then free. I hope to see you there really soon. i dont have very good things in my yardsale im really poor i only have like 10 million millsbucks. come see me house.
