my comp turn green then red the sec later?
my comp turn green then red the sec later, i don't know the spec because i never use it before. From what i seen it a window xp Pentium 4. When i plug in the necessary wire i turn the tower on the led turn green then red and stay red for a long time. I can't fix it if i can't turn it on, what should i do or how to fix it?
by tower i mean the system, not the screen.
