Red Clearance Sale
When was it Walmart had the sale where all the reg clearance tags were a dollar in the clothing section?
I remember a sale where everything in the clothing section with a red clearance tag was a dollar. It was sometime during the winter I recall buying sweatpants that didn't fit me this winter. If you remember this please do tell me.
Clearance on softlines varies depending on a lot of things. There are clearance events that home office dictates. There are also some that are initiated by the store for various reasons. I've even seen where district / market managers visit a store, find tons of stuff in the back that should have been out long ago so they force it out and put it on sale to move it. One other idea is that maybe what you found was an area they created that had final markdowns to a dollar (after other gradual markdowns) where all the $1 stuff was grouped together since $1 is a pretty exciting price for stuff and should move things once and for all quickly. Things like this aren't normally a yearly event but more of a reflection of where the department is and their sense of urgency to get things sold as fast as possible to make room for newer things.

Costumes For Family Occasions
There are many holidays and special events that may happen in a single year. Both children and adults have different ways in celebrating them. However, there are times when wearing costumes to spice up an event is possible. To help them in their outfit needs, theme shops all around the world offer kid's costumes and plus size adult costumes. These outfits match with a certain season. Thus, there are Santa Claus costumes for Christmas and scary outfits for the Halloween season. There are also costumes that do not need any event or celebration such as superhero outfits or pirate designs.
Kids costumes are designed to allow kids to have fun and at the same time accommodate their particular needs. For example the big pockets are to make it easier for them to place their things and enjoy the rest of their time running and playing around at the party. As for adults, they may not need big pockets as they may look too childish. Simpler cut is expected of adult costumes. Nevertheless, it is entirely up to the wearer to have whatever design or accessories attached to their costume.
Cotton is always the best type of material to wear. Cotton will let the body sweat naturally as it is quite loose and will let air circulate between the skin and material. To avoid injuries in children, these swords are made of light plastic and have no sharp edges.
Fitting is extremely important for plus size adult costumes. Extra care is given on certain areas such as the pants and the arms. The buyer must first try out the outfit before purchasing it. Any known defects can be relayed to the tailor so that the costume can be mended immediately. In kid's costumes, fitting is also needed. Since these young ones are very active and would love to run around and play even when wearing these costumes, the tailor should be able to support the areas that can easily rip. Some of the costumes that have problems include Santa Claus and witch outfits.
