Race Beer I am going to the NASCAR race at Dover this May, can I bring beer?
I know there is a restriction to the size of a cooler i can bring in of 14x14x14 but it doesn't specify that there is no alcohol allowed in just no glass containers. So if i brought some beer would I be allowed to bring it in in a cooler that size or will they make me toss it at the gate to go it?
Beer is allowed in non-glass containers, and must be in a cooler. Wine and liquor are actually not allowed.
Stafford Beer is undoubtedly among the worlds most provocative, creative, and profound thinkers on the subject of management, and he records his thinking with a flair that is unmatched. His writing is as much art as it is science. He is the most viable system I know. Dr Russell L Ackoff, The Institute for Interactive Management, Pennsylvania. USA. This is a highly original book both in content and format. It presents thirteen arguments for change, these are linked by a personal commentary, and by a deeper, metalinguistic, commentary. Platform for Change is completely selfcontained, does not deal at all with the nature of viable systems, but is directed towards the hope that our planet may yet remain viableand the human race survive. The beer summit and race in America
How can I reduce the affects of beer (alcohol) on my body, make my self less likely to vomit?
I am participating in a case race soon so I need to drink alot of beer as fast as possible and no throwing up. What should I do to prepare? things I should eat before the competition?
I've competed and won several case races in my collegiate career. You don't want to eat anything too heavy. I would say if you haven't eaten anything today, try two double cheesburgers from McDonalds. If you have eaten today, try only one. I've seen many different ways of going at a case race. I've had friends that could chug beer like it was their job, their technique would be to start out chugging and chug till they puke, they would be out first, but they put down their share before being dissqualified. My technique was a steady pace. You want to be standing for the case race, never sitting; walking around a little will help too. Get into a rythm. I would always fill up my mouth with beer, swallow, and count how many times it takes me to finish one beer. then, just stay with that pace, you'll be concentrating on counting your sips rather then the taste or how full you are. I hope some of this info helps you, it always worked for me. work your way up to a keg race, longer but much more interesting, haha. good luck.
