Quad Acia
is this a good way to get big and ripped?
well ive been lifting for a while now not really seeing nay results and i go to my school gym bc i cant go to a regular one bc theres none around and the neerest one is 60 a month. and i want to get big to helo my football career. im already fast. 14 and i run a 4.3 anyway..
monday-forearm/biceps/triceps/neck 3 sets of 10 reps each for each excersise.
wedsday-chest/back/neck
friday-hams/calfs/quads/shoulders/neck
and its only open 3 times a week so.. and is that good to get pretty ripped?? and i do cardio pretty much every day and i do abs at home tuesday/thursday/saturday
and for suppliments i take- EAS 100% whey protein/ acia force max/ paraslim force.
and im 15 just letting u all know that..
Yes, that's a pretty good workout. If you want to make your muscles really grow, do supersets. That's where you continue to do reps until you can't go any longer, then drop the weight 5 or 10 pounds, then continue, drop 5 or 10 more pounds, and so on until you've completely exhausted your muscle. That's 1 superset, Do 3 or 4 of those per muscle group. You will need a spotter to remove the weights when doing things like bench presses.
