Does anyone buy a processed food product without reading the label to find out what's in it? I always read the
label. Of course, you have to do a little reading to find out what to avoid, but who wants to buy a product that contains a chemical that makes you fatter than a house?

NO, because there are dogs that are not allergic to the corn, wheat and soy products and live long healthy lives on those foods. When I was young we only fed our dogs Purina Dog Chow and all 4 lived long healthy lives(15 & 16 years). The Dalmatian we had was on Science Diet Lamb & Rice(skin issues) and lived to be 14 which is 2 to 4 years above the average lifespan for that breed(10 to 12 years). The dog I have now is a 20 pound Rat Terrier and she can't eat the over the counter foods. They cause her to look bloated. She is on Diamond Naturals Lamb & Rice formula and is doing just fine.
