How can i create a pop art style picture using photoshop?
P.S I'm just a beginner at photoshop. I have some images but how can i create bold colours with strong out lines a.k.a pop art? Is there a special frame for this? Can you please explain it in simple detail as im not a photoshop expert (as much as i would like to be!)
