How long will it take until i can change my belly button piercing (bar)?
I had my belly button pierced yesterday and i was just wondering how long it takes until i can take it out and change the bar? lots of sites have said different timing from 4 weeks to 2 years so i am kinda confused!!! The piercer said about 2 months ish!!! Is that right?? Thank you in advance

healing depends on your body,
2 years is extremly poor healing by the way.
if you eat a good balanced diet with fresh veg and fruit
you should heal faster.
the dangers of taking the stud out to soon, when you remove the piercing, you may see clear fluid (plasma) that makes it scab up, and depends on how long its been pierced, it may swell up and find it hard to get the stud back in.
there are different stages of healing, sometimes you can take piercing out and they are still tender but healed enough to change the stud.
you must be very careful not to take the stud out to early as you may accidently make it bleed again.
i have 9 piercings so far, just wait it out and it will be awesome!
