I am a graphic artist looking for sites where I will find job postings..?
Are there any that are more professional? The people who post jobs on deviantart expect to pay $30 for full color illustration, its crazy. Conceptart.org is slow but has slightly more professional posters. Are there any more? I would really appreciate it if you'd let me know. It's not laziness on my part, it's just that they are hard to find, and it takes allot of time sifting through forums to get an idea of what kind of jobs people are offering and what they are paying.
I know that there are sites like Elance but I already use LivePerson, so I'm just looking for jobs that I can do and receive payment for via paypal. Escrow is a pain sometimes.

My teacher once described freelance art like whoring yourself out. It's a pain in the arse to get paid for the work you do.
I've gone many places, but the best place that I've found to this day is still good ol' craigslist.org. They can be really cheap on CL, but not always. And there is usually a fresh batch of art jobs and freelance jobs posted weekly (and in some places daily). As for permanent jobs, the only place I've found purely for artists is krop.com. But it sounds like you're looking for freelance work.
I wish they'd pay artists what they're worth, though. Best of luck.

Have you noticed it yet? You keep hearing about payment gateways from other online merchants. The term seems to be a hush-hush, and sounds like an exotic mumbo-jumboo jargon from some glib-talking finance guru you know practically nothing about . 1. A PAYMENT GATEWAY IS A SOFTWARE
It is a computer program built particularly for online shop owners.
