what is your favourite wedding cake flavour and design?


im planning to start a pastry business

My husband and I got married a little over a year ago and we loved our cake. The main tier was almond cake with an almond butter cream filling. The top tier was dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate butter cream as the filling. The outside of the cake had white chocolate curls surounding the cake. It was so good. My best advice is go with what you like!

Nowadays, lucky brides can choose from among an assortment of wedding cakes in all shapes and sizes, colors and costs, flavors and favorites that the brides of yore would have gone into paroxysms of envy. Why? Because they were stuck with baked goodies, of which the crumbs were showered over their heads for good luck!
