Advice for indoor track?
I'm stating indoor track practice next week. It's my first time running. We're going to be practicing on our outdoor track and xc course. I'm a freshman in high school by the way. Girl. I signed up for 400 m and 200m events and maybe hurdles. Some advice on clothing, shoes, tips please.
get under armour or tights to practice in, definitely get spikes to compete in and ask your coach which ones are best
