Open Fax Print
My machine says there is a paper jam and there is no paper in there and nothing will print.?
I've opened up the lid and everything, but i cant see the jammed paper inside, and the fax machine wont do anything except keep saying "remove paper jam"
Its a brother MFC 4800
The piece of paper could be very tiny so check carefully.

Using Microsoft Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
How can I get my scanner to work that goes along with my printer?
My printer is like a 3 in one. Fax, print, copy, and scanner.
But, I can't get it to scan pictures! I used to be able to but I just tried and I cant. I usually just press the scan button thats on the printer and it would start scanning. But it didn't work.
So I clicked HP Image Zone on my compter and clicked scan picture and it didn't work at all. It opened a completly different software.
Pleaseeee help me!

Power on your HP and disconnect the USB cable from the printer's end. Now re-install your software and LET the program tell you when to connect the USB, not before.
When it asks, connect the USB and let the installation complete itself.
Reboot and windows will tell you it found new heardware. Now, open Photoshop or the software that came with your scanner, select import or acquire, or press the button on the HP, it will open up its scanning software and will work.

I have a few similar buttons on my Keyboard. Some of them may not work becuase sometimes it does not automatically detect which drive to eject. You can set which drive you want it to eject by default, but unless you know what you are doing, I wouldn't want to mess around with it. Besides, you should have an Eject Button on your Tower. That is probably for the people's who's eject button is either broken or inaccessible.
Find would probably be for when you are looking at word documents, and you want to find a specific word, you could use that button. Print would probably print whichever word or picture document you currently have opened(If you have a printer), and Fax would probably begin to fax whichever word or picture document you have opened(If you have a fax machine). The keys under Documents are probably for different types of "programs" or Documents.
The buttons under internet may only work when you have a web browser opened (Such as Internet Explorer)
The buttons are pretty much like shortcuts, and they can be very helpful.
