It's hard to gage for me cause on one end it really expensive in England but on a business side of things the outlook could be incredible. As for Australia sure it's cheaper and cities like Sydney and Melbourne top the list; as places to live... so which one shall I chose?
Economics alone, it would have to be Australia. If you have a trade, then you do not have to live in the big cities, so the housing would be cheaper (unless you pick Darwin) England is now part of the EU and Australia belongs to Australasia, but Australia is just starting and has Asia above it for markets.
