A question about parking spaces when leasing a portion of the building?
I am attempting to lease a portion of my building and I am confused about how the parking situation might work. I know that certain tenants will need more or less space than others, and I know that the standard for office space is 3 spaces per 1000 sq ft. Can you include a small portion of visitors and handicapped spaces in this? What would be the standard for this? Thanks.
You do not have to designate parking if you do not want to. You can leave it as first come first serve. Simply state on the lease that parking is available and leave it at that.
