I really need help , i dont know what to do for my 13th birthday party , it is in 2 weeks time and it will be at my house , but my house is a pub , so i can have drinks easily , and i have an area we can close off, i was thinking of having a theme , i thought maybe neon party , but then what would we accually do ? ,
i had an idea that i would have food outside and a bouncy castle but the partyy is for 4 hours and a bouncy castle wont keep people occupied for 4 hours :/

A bouncy castle might be an okay idea, but it won't keep guests occupied for very long at all. If you are going to be outside for part of the party and its going to be nice, you could have a water balloon/water gun fight, a scavenger hunt, you could play hide and seek outside when it gets dark, or do some fun games/races. If you can, you should set up a net, then your guest can play volleyball or badminton, and you could have a football and frisbee to throw around as well. In the pub, you could clear a large area for a dance floor, and if you have the equipment you could also have a karaoke machine, strobe lights, a disco ball, and even a fog machine. If you did a neon party you would have everyone dress up in neon colors, and decorate in neon colors. If you go with that theme, you could also give everyone glow sticks and glow bracelets. As for indoor activities, other than dancing you can play some fun games like Charades, Twister, Truth or Dare, or, you can divide the group up into two teams and have a trivia game. You could also play spin the bottle if you like. For food, you should have a lot of appetizers. Pigs in blankets, mozzarella sticks, a variety of chips and dip, pretzels, a cheese and cracker tray etc. Make sure you have a large variety so all your guests can find something they like. For the main course pizza is usually the best choice, but you could also set up a grill outside and have burgers and hot dogs. Make sure you have a large selection of sodas and juices, and don't forget water as well. Of course you want to have a birthday cake, but you could also have brownies, cookies, and different kinds of candy. Maybe you could set up a bonfire outside and have s'mores as well. If you choose to go with the neon theme, a great idea for invitations is to print out the information on fliers in a variety of neon colors. Its about a film I saw on telly around 1980?
A man went to US town for an interview early in the day. He was later joined by his wife. This man went to a pub to await for his interview which should take place at 5pm, while his wife went to the hairdressers. At 5pm though, the last bell was rung for closing he was thrown out of the pub because the town was a fearful place where everyone gets out of town, jumping into their cars etc and rushing out of the city centre. This man had left his car in a car pound which was now closed and the car pound was guarded by dobermans. At nightfall, he and his wife was stranded in this town which was full of gangs with all sorts of neon colored hair, (in green, pink and purple) and the gangs were fighting against each other with chains. (The husband had come for the interview in the wrong town that has the same name as the one they were supposed to go to).

The story revolves around Thomas' character going to the big city for a job interview, and he goes to the wrong bar to meet his would-be boss. By the time he finds this out, it's an hour after the time they were supposed to meet, and his car is locked in the parking area until six the next morning. His wife comes to meet him, and before he can tell her to stop the cab she brought, it leaves, and they are stranded. They are chased by gangs, dogs, and other such riffraff.
I vividly remember this movie because it's like a dark version of "The Out-of-Towners", which stars Jack Lemmon and Sandy Dennis. They run into all sorts of craziness in New York City, but it's played for comedy that is rather murky at times. I haven't seen it for more than 20 years, but something about it is memorable!
