how can i make a home made flash grenade or something that will enable me to move through darkeness and light?
me and my friends have airsoft wars every now and then and me and my friend team up and his little brother always catches us because we use his brothers army helmet and theres these like neon lights that light up in the dark on the helmet and the helmet is real and he went to iraq and i guess they use those light things so friendly fire doesnt happen but anyways i wana make like a flash grenade or something but i dont want to use fire works or anything.
There is a real simple solution, just put some tape over the "cat's eyes" on the helmet band and they will not reflect light to give away your position.
Why a "flash bang"? A flashlight/flash bang/flash distraction device would lose most of its effectiveness for bright light distraction in the day time. You would probably have better luck by purchasing an extremely bright flashlight, this would enable you to use it in the day or night.
You could make a flashlight that lights up when you throw it, but it would take some work and you would need a rear push button flashlight. Take a rear push button flashlight (the easier the push button, the better). Get a threaded bolt the size of the push button. Put nuts on the bolt to give it added weight and to help it keep the bolt aligned with the push button. Secure the bolt and nuts with glue or tape to the push button (you can rip off the rubber cover to make it easier). You want the bolt and nuts heavier than the flashlight head. This way when you throw the flashlight it will right itself in the air and the bolt/nut combination will hit the ground first. This will depress the push button switch and the light will turn on. The bolt/nut adapter will probably pop off after hitting the ground, so you will have to keep re-attaching it.
A reusable flash distraction device is in the works now for law enforcement and the military for non-lethal force encounters.

Living In The Bright Lights Of Darkness
How does mankind come to be who he or she is? The most common of answers will be, "because we are born this way". In one way, that is correct. There is however a deeper explanation that deserves to be pondered. To get a deeper understanding of who we are we need to look at the beginning of life. And the beginning of life starts with a seed. Just as every living thing on earth began with a seed. The trees, the flowers, grass etc., all began from a seed planted and a germination process taking place to produce what that seed is to become. Like a corn seed becomes corn so the tomato seed becomes a tomato, and the human seed becomes a living, breathing, entity. Now the human seed produces human kind only, not a cow, or dog, or horse. It becomes either male or female.
When a baby is first born we identify that it is either male or female and in those first days of new life that baby knows nothing until the eyes begin to see and the senses begin to form. Once it begins to see then hear, it begins to learn.
It drinks in all the sounds and sights within its view. During this time of learning it is very important to give only good and loving information to this precious gift, for what it learns will stay with it all the days of its life.
When a farmer plants a crop he does so with the anticipation of reaping a quality and a bountiful harvest. To achieve this he has to spend time cultivating and watering and removing weeds that would choke out the plants and rob them of nutrients in the soil. This all takes time and patience. The end results is then pleasing and profitable.
A child must be taken care of in a similar way. The child must be taught how to behave so we cultivate a behavior that will help develop character. We water the child with God's instruction and pull out the weeds by correcting when human nature shows itself. We teach right from wrong so when the child is grown he can stand on his own feet with a confidence so when he or her leaves his parents to start his or her own family he or her has the quality of a Godly life within him or her.
In our society today we can see the results of the lack of meaningful child rearing, Add to that the lack of having God in their life and the system allowing unbelievers to complain that God needs to be taken from the schools, from the Pledge Of Allegiance, The very Laws of God pulled from display in our courts and they get away with doing it because we do not stand together as one to see that it does not happen. We elect those who would see America die. Who does the blame fall on? We are seeing the consequence of those choices with our children. They are in the weeds and the life is being choked out of them. How long are we going to wait to begin cultivating? To begin watering? How long will we stand aside and let these things happen?
Are we reaping a harvest of bad seed!
We are living in the bright light of darkness and are fumbling to find a solution. We are turned on by the neon of the world and all the entertainment it offers. Our time is taken from us so there is no time for family. We are bombarded from all sides, "do this, take me here, wash my clothes, I have this game or that game, friends call on us to help them, there is never enough time for self or family. We eat out more than in. No quality time with the children, husband, wife. We are blinded by light and walk in darkness reaching and feeling for a way out. We trip and stumble and no one is there to pick us up, We cry out loud and no one hears us. Then it comes to a choice, we have to end all this hell.
We finally realize we need some peace. We become angry at what has happened to us. We look for ways to blame, then we set a plan of retaliation in play. We buy a gun! We take it to school, or the work place, we contemplate using the gun but we are not brave enough yet, there is something missing, so you go home and ponder your plan. It must be a plan that will get their attention once and for all. They will regret ever doing this to you. You'll show them!, becomes the oath.
Yes, you'll show them, you will kill and then be killed or kill yourself.
Living in the bright light of darkness because no one took the time to cultivate and water a bountiful soul of quality. Who do we blame now? Now that it is to late. Now that the weeds have taken over.
Who does this affect? Your victims, the families, the neighbors, the city or town, and finally the country. Time and patience is all it would have taken to have the real light that causes darkness to disappear. Who do we blame?
Is there a real solution? Can we turn out the bright light of self -
destruction and turn on the light of life? The answer is YES! But not alone.
We must have God involved. He is in control and does not want to see His
children in darkness. He sent His Son here so that would not happen. The
solution is JESUS CHRIST! That is correct! JESUS CHRIST IS THE ANSWER, THE SOLUTION!
As we are living in the bright lights of darkness, fumbling to find solutions, we tend not to take notice of many young people who are turned on by the neon world of come hither entertainment. They are bombarded by peers - by violent games from their PS2, Xbox, NIntendo, etc. and parents don't seem to notice the siren call from these venues. The adults, so wrapped up in their own world of self servitude, are just happy the kids are entertained by something and out of their hair. The children are blinded by the light and lured further and further into the darkness. They tried reaching, feeling and screaming for a way out, but the parents were not there to hear them or pull them back. The seed that was planted is dying without out the proper nutrition to sustain.
The seed is not dead yet, even from the lack of tending, because it is a strong seed . The seed will try to seek the light of acceptance or attention. Spiked hair, multiple body piercings, promiscuity, drinking, drugs, failing in school - any way it takes to get attention. The child is on a quest and his touchstones, the influences that are there every day guiding his life without supervision - demonic games, violent movies, disrespectful music have taken over and call for drastic measures. Since violence begets violence, maybe a gun and a plan of retaliation. The stage is set - the parents, teachers, and society as a whole must be made to regret ever having leaving him alone in the darkness. They must be shown! Life in this dismal world is not worth living without someone to care, to love, to nurture. If you kill or kill yourself, someone is bound to notice, aren't they?
This seed near death or dead, nurished by the acid of degradation that society seems to wholeheartedly embrace, and neglect, Where can the blame be placed? It was denied the bountiful soul of a quality life and became a weed rather than a bright and beautiful flower in God's garden. No one even took the time to smell its fragrance. Never given were the correct nutrients - time and patience, love, compassion, or simply just a few moments to just stop and smell the rose.. This turned on the light to self destruction and turned out the light of life.
Is there a solution, a way to prevent mindless acts and the killing of the spirit of children who only want someone to recognize their existence? The answer is YES! God must be involved! When a child feels he is totally alone, he needs to know God is in control and does not want his precious child in darkness. That he sacrificed his own Son to lead them back out of darkness.
Where were the examples of God to nourish this seed - in the pledge of allegiance in school, NO - was there a nativity scene in the park at Christmas, NO - did he attend church, sing in the choir, NO - did his parents read to him from the Bible, NO - did his parents teach him to abide the tenants of the Ten Commandments, NO!
Yes, there is solution. Yes, there is a problem! The problem is not bigger than GOD! The solution is God!
So which way will you choose to walk, to live? Will you live in the bright light of darkness or choose to live in the light of the almighty, creator, seed planter of life? Your choice, your consequence!
