It's a glow in the dark/neon/ black light party. there will be a DJ, food, smoke machine, LOTS of dancing, and just fun

ya know cause white glows in the dark...but for goody bags if yall are doing that you should put in glow in the dark makeup, glowsticks, nailpolish, white decorations etc.
