Neon Light Holders
i bought a used car 2 days ago its already broke down can i get my money back?
Ok so here's the deal I bought a 98 neon here in indiana. Well a day later I check why the engine light is on its cause by a 400 dollar sensor the man that sold it to me said the light was on because he put a new engine in and the cars computer didn't reconize it but that everything was fine. Now its the second day of ownership and the car dies everytime I use the brake. The man told me nothing about any of this and he lied about the light. Also come to find out lein holder for the car hasn't released the lein to the owner yet the owner sold me the car and signed the lein holders signiture to release it which is the mans son in law. I payed 900 bucks for the car and I feel screwed. I bought it because I'm about to have a baby in 3 weeks I just want my money back! Is it even possible to get my money back ?
Possible. Not probable. You might be able to take him to small claims court.
You paid 900 for the car and didn't bother to pay another hundred to have it inspected.......lesson learned.
