Neon Big Sign Does anyone remember a program called "Spats" from the 1980s/90s on UK children's TV?
I remember watching it when I was little, I think the titles were of a man dancing with a top hat etc, but I think it was set in a cwith a big neon sign saying "Spats".
Meant to say cafe, don't know how I mis-typed that!
