Neon Bar Sign do you think it is tacky and rude to advertise on a memorial web page?...?
i just joined facebook and i have enjoyed getting in touch with long lost friends...someone set up a page on there that is a memorial to the students that have passed before us...there is a bar in our home town that is using it to tell us all that have joined the page what upcoming events are scheduled at their place...am i wrong for thinking this is wrong and tacky?...what is next, putting neon signs in graveyards to advertise a cool place to drink?...it is not something on the side as you see on web pages...it is somethng that shows up on everyones personal home page on face book...
websites are not free. this bar is making the effort to keep that memorial so yes they should be allowed to advertise. if you think its tacky then vote with your dollars and dont go to that bar

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as Battery powered Neon signs?
I am looking for some battery powered Neon signs that I can hang up in my home bar. I don;t want the ones that stand on a table and I am looking for some that do not plug into the wall. I have searched google, and it seems like everywhere. Do they even make such a thing?
Hmm if they do exist i don't think they will last that long, you're probably going to have to change the batteries very often. Either buy the ones that you plug in or just buy the generic metal poster types and have good lighting in your home bar
