COMMERCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The cause of a fire that destroyed the home of a Metro Detroit auto dealer remained a mystery Friday night.
The $3 million home belonged to Bob Mechigian, also known as Bob Saks, the owner of Bob Saks Motor Mall in Farmington Hills, Novi and New Haven. The 3 million dollar home is a total loss.
He (Owner) has 80 million in the bank. Why does he need insurance?
I don't see it as a "tragedy". He will just go to another of his homes (most likely he has more than one home) or to some really fancy hotel while that one is being rebuilt. Even if it is a "total loss" as far as structure, it's not that big a financial loss to someone like that.
