There are around 1,300 breweries in Germany, more than in any other country except the United States which has 1,500.The German beer market is sheltered from the rest of the world beer market by the German brewers adherence to the Reinheitsgebot ( purity order ) dating from 1516 (and recently updated in the Vorlufiges Biergesetz of 1993), according to which the only allowed ingredients of beer are water, hops and barleymalt. This law also requires that beers not using only barleymalt (such as wheat and rye) must be topfermented. The Germans are behind only the Czechs and the Irish in their per capita consumption of beer. High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Lowalcohol beer (also called nonalcoholic or NA beer, small beer, small ale, or nearbeer) is beer with very low or no alcohol content. Wildlife of Cyprus

Wildlife of Cyprus

$89.22

Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. The wildlife of Cyprus includes its flora and fauna and their natural habitats. Cyprus has a rich flora and a diverse fauna albeit with relatively few mammals. Like most modern countries, the natural habitats in Cyprus have been steadily disappearing, currently retaining only 18 of its original habitat due to rapid urbanization, usage of forests for commercial purposes, tourism and various other reasons. One of the unique features of Cyprus habitats is the wild and sharp differences in elevations and habitats in different parts of the island as well as different climate conditions, all of which supply a diverse habitat for a unique array of fauna and flora. The flora of Cyprus contains many endemic species, with about 1800 total identified species, about 128 species of which are endemic. Its flora also contains various invasive species such as Prickly Pears and the Yellow Oxalis. Beer Measurement

Beer Measurement

$60.54

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Beer measurement is the means of assessing beer by bitterness, by strength and by colour. Degrees Lovibond or L scale is a measure of the colour of a substance, usually beer, whiskey, or sugar solutions. The Standard Reference Method (SRM) and EBC method have largely replaced it, with the SRM giving results approximately equal to the L. The determination of the degrees lovibond takes place by comparing the color of the substance to a series of amber to brown glass slides, usually by a colorimeter. The scale was devised by Joseph Williams Lovibond. Colorado: A Rocky Mountain Wonderland

This Colorado Travel Guide is your gateway to the wonderland in the middle of the United States. It has so many places of natural beauty that you'll need this game plan to help you make the most of your time there.

First and foremost, you're in the Rockies so check out Aspen, where celebrities and everyday people hang out to be among the peaks. It's a sweet little town, surprisingly unpretentious, with lots of cafes and shops. People ski or hike here on the towering nearby mountain, Maroon Bells.

If you're looking for a more historical sense while you're preparing for your ski excursion or nature trek, get to Breckenridge. It's got an old-fashioned mountain town feel about it and hosts numerous festivals every year. You might want to stay at the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center while you're in this mountain community.

If you'd rather travel between mountains rather than be below or on top of one, try Royal Gorge Bridge and Park. You walk across this amazing span and look down into a crevice so deep it will take your breath away!

Lost Canyon provides a similar feeling for the even more adventurous. That's where you zip line across 2500 feet of open space and look down 150 feet as you're moving 40 miles per hour!

Colorado has an ancient feel to it, and nowhere more so than in Mesa Verde National Park. Natural rock formations and wildlife vie for your attention with historically preserved sites of long-lost people.

Chimney Rock Archeological Area is also for the history buff who wants to walk where the ancient Pueblo natives once lived and thrived ages ago.

Okay, maybe you just want to rest and recreate sometimes. Dunton Hot Springs are purported to have amazing healing properties; at the very least you'll feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a nice warm soak.

Maybe then you'll feel up to exploring the caves at Cave of the Winds. The young people on your trip will certainly enjoy getting dirty in caves that can go for thousands of feet into the earth.

You might want to save the Miller/Coors Brewery for a day when there's not much else going on. You'll tour the factory and, if you're over 21, sample the different beers at the end of the tour. Kids can get soft drinks. Some people are regulars at this one!

So whether you're here for skiing/hiking/outdoors, history, adventure, or just plain fun and relaxation, the state of Colorado has something for you.
