Saftey of speakers and monitor?
i have mix of my own speakers in my room and two big speakers are about half a meter away from monitor (one on each side) . Is that far enough? i got LCD montior and i don't want to damage it .
And i got one speaker near television (about 12cm far) and is that far enough?
If the magnetic field of the speaker interferes with your monitor or TV, you will notice it.
You will see a colored or distorted area.
CRT type TV's are susceptible to external magnetic fields, LCD wouldn't be as much.
