What's a good massager for back pain?
I've been having a lot of pain lately in my lower left back, extending down into the buttocks. It's probably an old injury, but I'm looking to possibly buy a massager. But will it help in healing? Should I get a percussion massager? Maybe handheld or a pad? I don't have too big a budget. Thanks.
Pain in your lower back that extends down one leg/ or into your buttocks, could be a herniated disc.
I would go see a dr, and ask for a MRI test to make sure

Your massage table should be very comfortable and be accessible to you and your clients.
