How can I convince his mom to let him date me?
There is this boy I want to date.. but his mom is always shoo'ing me away from their property.. I just want to have a moment with him! Maybe I could lure him to my bedroom with candy.. then I can go to town on him.. What are some good ideas to convince his mom that I am the only person for him and I need to take him on a date with me!
i'd leave him alone, sounds like his mum is doing the right thing

Mythbusters: Marketing Edition
Anyone who's been in the marketing business for a time can recite the same “do's” and “don'ts” as their fellow marketers. They all have the same basic warnings, instructions, and processes that they teach and present them as things that must be adhered to in order to succeed. It is these same instructions repeated over and over that make the reader weary and the content “old hat.” If you've read more than two instruction manuals on internet marketing, then you're sure to find some of these same ideas repeated. This tells me that these ideas have been accepted as “gospel” and have gone unchallenged...until now.
I've compiled a short list of things that have been repeatedly touted by marketers. I'm not suggesting that these are ineffective, I'm simply suggesting that they are not absolutely necessary for success based on my own experience.
Myth #1) You must be on page 1 or 2 of Google if you want to succeed.
Have you really thought about this and what this implies? That means that any business listed on page 3 and beyond are failures. That means that only a hand full of businesses worldwide ever make it. The business world would be a pretty barren place if that myth were true and the internet would be an electronic ghost town. That myth simply is that, a myth.
Myth #2) Your newsletters to your lists should be the “standard” black text on a white background; as simple as possible.
Why? Every newsletter that I've ever gotten looks exactly like the other generic ones and I can only tell them apart by looking at the From at the top of my inbox. It's surprising because everyone strives to stand out and be unique yet their newsletters are carbon copies of everyone else's. The only way to truly be unique at a glance is to use a background. Looking at black text on a white background does not stand out, does not grab your attention, and frankly is not memorable. You can have a professional, colored background or template and still be credible.
Myth #3) You must give away tons of bonuses to get opt-ins.
Llama feathers! Sure you'll get opt-ins but have you considered the reason why you get the opt-ins in the first place? It's because they want the free stuff. Some will argue that it's a good strategy because they'll convert them at a later date but you see, the problem lies with the motivation of the subscriber from the start. If you lure them in with candy, then all they'll want is candy. You want quality subscribers; people who truly are looking for a legitimate way to make money, not freebie-seekers. I don't offer anything initially to get opt-ins. Instead, I reward those who have already opted in because I know that they are there to learn or to better their financial situation. And because they are there for the right reasons, I don't have to come up with strategically worded titles to entice them to open my emails.
All of these points sound good on the surface but if you really think about them, hopefully you'll see that they are not absolutely necessary for success. My suggestion is to carefully weight out what you've been taught, think for yourselves, and test these things.
